1. Answer the designer’s questions honestly:

We do not expect you to know what colors or shapes you need in your logo. It is our task to figure them out. Though we need you to be honest with us.

What are your brand values? Who are your customers and why should they want to interact with your brand? What should they feel interacting with it? These are just a couple of questions to discuss.

2. Study what’s trending globally and inside the industry in particular:
Those trends will affect the brand logo; if it will be a long-lasting one or a short-term trending icon for an event; if your brand will be revolutionary in your industry or a common thing that won’t frighten off your customer.

3. Learn how your brand’s competitors look like:
It is an important step in both cases: if you want to be a prominent industry pioneer, or if you prefer looking quite similar to others. We need to know what their Brands are to achieve any of these.

4. Sketch a couple of options so you have something to choose from:
We believe it is vital to have a choice. So we work through 2-3 visual concepts. You just need to choose the one you like most so we can polish it and produce a perfect logo in the end.

5. Polish to perfection but remember to stop once:
