Objective: Design an easy to use, intuitive Direct to Consumer E-Commerce desktop and mobile website that was easy to navigate, evoke buyer emotions and triggers to make purchasing decisions, and design a User Experience that had sales funnels and the customer 1st in mind always. Design and build Android and iOS mobile apps also for sales push notifications and loyalty programs.

PROBLEM AND CHALLENGES they faced before they came to the MediaMagic Team for Help
The client wanted to use an existing WordPress template from Themeforest, but then customize pages to meet feature requirements and UX workflows. This was difficult as it required adhering to the theme, but also designing additional page templates and developing them for the KnowledgeBase, E-Commerce customer loyalty programs, an Affiliate Marketing Program, and additional SEO content strategy pages needed for site rankings. The client also wanted to ensure it was a mobile friendly website. PUUR also wanted us to design both Android and iOS mobile apps for mobile push notifications. While at the same time keeping costs low by using a WordPress to mobile application porting platform.
Solution and Results
We started with an existing DTC template in WordPress but modified it significantly with new features to deliver the right set of pages and designs the customer wanted in an agreed to time frame of less than 3 months of development. MediaMagic assigned 1 Full Stack web developer and 1 User Interface – User Experience Designer to design and develop the desktop and mobile websites, as well as the mobile app for Android and iOS that can be found on the app stores.
